Service Terms
Subscription Model
This is a service-based subscription. The Instagram Counter hardware remains property of Gaviso Digital Marketing throughout the subscription period. You receive full use of the Counter and all associated services for the duration of your active subscription.
Installation & Setup
- Installation fee of $100 is due at signup
- Includes professional configuration, signage, and onboarding
Billing
- Annual subscription billed on signup date each year
- Payment charged automatically to credit card on file
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled 30 days prior to renewal date
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation:
Option 1: Return the Hardware
- Counter must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
- Return shipping costs covered by client
- Counter must be in working condition (normal wear and tear accepted)
- Refund of unused subscription time (prorated monthly)
Option 2: Purchase the Hardware
- Buy out the Counter for $299 to keep it permanently
- Bio-link hosting and syncing services terminate
- All support and replacement coverage ends
Warranty & Replacement
- 2-year full replacement warranty from installation date
- Covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures
- Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse
- Replacement Counters shipped within 5-7 business days of claim approval
- After 2 years: replacement available to active subscribers at $299 (hardware discounted from retail value as a loyalty benefit)
Technical Requirements
- Must have an active Instagram Business account
- Reliable WiFi connection required
- Standard electrical outlet (100-240V)
Limitations
- Counter displays data from one Instagram account at a time
- Account switching available (no additional fee)
- Personal Instagram accounts not supported (Business accounts only)
- Average updates occur every 6 seconds (real-time with slight API delay)
