This policy covers our agency website (gaviso.agency) and mobile applications published under the Gaviso Digital Marketing brand. Our SaaS platforms (such as Gaviso CXA at gaviso.io, KineticCloud at kinetic.cloud, and others) are governed by their own separate privacy policies.

  • Camera — to allow you to capture and upload new photos or videos directly from within the app.
  • Files — to allow you to upload documents and other file types stored on your device.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

How Files and Content Are Stored

Files you upload through our apps are transmitted securely to our team and stored in our Google Workspace (Google Drive) environment. Access is restricted to authorized members of the Gaviso Digital Marketing team working on your project. We retain uploaded files for the duration of our engagement with you and as needed for archival, legal, or business purposes.

Google’s handling of data stored in Google Workspace is governed by their privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Children’s Use of Our Apps

Our mobile apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
