45lb

Strength training, without the noise.

45lb is a strength-training iOS app built around fast set logging and progressive-overload tracking. The MVP is App-Store-ready; public launch is held so the first release can ship account-anchored.

45lb answers one question: how much do you lift, and is it more than last week? Everything else in strength-training apps — the coaching prompts, the community feeds, the sixty-day programs — gets in the way of the two-second interaction that matters: log this set, see whether it's more.

We built 45lb the way we build client software. Native Swift on iOS and watchOS, no shortcuts, no Electron. The Apple Watch is a first-class client — start a workout there and it stays synced. SwiftData handles local storage; CloudKit mirrors between devices. It runs offline, on airplanes, in gyms with no signal.

The MVP is App-Store-ready. Version 1 ships account-anchored — Sign in with Apple, private cloud, portable data — so the first release is something we can extend without migrating every user later.

Why is this on an agency site? Because when a marketing engagement needs software — a landing page that actually converts, a lifecycle automation, a customer portal — the team that built 45lb is the same team building yours. Shippable software is a skill; you can see it in the products we own.

Capabilities

01

Two-second set logging

Tap a weight, tap reps, done. The gym isn't a place to fill out forms; the app respects that.

02

Apple Watch first-class

Start a workout on the wrist and finish it there. No forced pairing dance, no phone required in the middle of a set.

03

Offline-first, CloudKit-synced

Log without signal, sync when you're back. Your history lives in your own iCloud, not on someone else's server.
