GDM Workspace

Campaign progress, without the monthly deck.

GDM Workspace is the client portal for every GDM engagement — see campaign progress in real time, review and approve deliverables, and work on content alongside the team.

A monthly deck is not a status update. It's a summary written a month after the work happened. Between decks, a client is guessing: is the campaign on track, did the last round of edits land, whose desk is the newsletter copy sitting on right now?

GDM Workspace is the answer we ship to every client, not just the ones who ask for it. Campaign progress updates in real time, not once a month. Deliverables — a landing page, an ad set, a batch of social posts — arrive for review and approval inside the same place the work happened, so there's no separate approval thread to lose track of. Content documents — newsletter copy, web copy, brief drafts — are edited alongside the team, not emailed back and forth as attachments. And when something moves — a deliverable is ready, a document needs a decision — a notification tells you, instead of you refreshing a shared drive.

We built it in-house because nothing off the shelf fit what a marketing engagement actually needs: campaigns are the primary object, not a generic "project," and reviewing one deliverable shouldn't require learning a whole project-management tool. It replaces the mix of tools we used to run client collaboration on.

Every GDM client gets an account. There's no separate purchase and no upsell — it's how we run engagements, and it's the same portal our own team works in day to day.
